Ask in Plain Language
Run View My Account from the AI Assistant You Already Use
Read-only: nothing is changed. Avabot and MCP verify you in the conversation first, then report each system's status. One completed lookup = one Secure Outcome; failed attempts are never billed.
You: Am I locked out anywhere? Check all systems. Avatier: verify: passed · systems: all · Active Directory: not locked · password expires: soon · Entra ID: not disabled
Why it matters
People Should See Their Own Account Status Before They Call.
Whether an account is locked, disabled or about to expire is usually a question for the help desk.
What a lookup needs
Each connected system's view of the account: locked, disabled, account and password expiry, password age, last change and last logon, where that system reports them.
What goes wrong by hand
Asking the help desk whether an account is locked or about to expire turns a status check into a ticket.
What View My Account does
On the web, the Account Details page lists Systems, Membership, Manager, Contact Info and Access, with export to Excel or PDF. In Avabot, it reports each system's account status.
What per-seat pricing charges
Per-seat IAM charges for every licensed seat, whether anyone checks their account this month or not. Pay Per Identity Action™ charges only for completed lookups.
The Action
How View My Account Runs
On the web, View My Account walks through these screens. In Avabot and MCP you verify, then pick a system or all systems.
Verify in Avabot or MCP
Avabot and MCP only. View My Account starts with identity verification in the conversation, with the methods your policy already allows. In external MCP, an operator can let a recent connector sign-in stand in for it (off by default). On the web, your sign-in is enough.

Open View My Account
Sign in and open the View My Account tile.
Pick the Systems
Only systems with account info enabled are listed, all preselected. In Avabot, pick a system or All systems.
Review the Account Details
The Account Details page lists Systems, Membership, Manager, Contact Info and Access. Each system shows account expiry, disabled, locked, password expiry, password age, last change, last logon and contact fields, where that system reports them.
Export
Optionally export the details to Excel or PDF. In the mobile app, the export goes to the share sheet.
Available on Web, Mobile, Teams, Avabot chat and MCP.
Avabot chat and MCP require the current (.NET 10) Avatier server.
In Avabot chat, View My Account reports each system's account status (locked, disabled, account and password expiry, password age and last logon), not group memberships or manager.
Secure Outcome
What Counts as Done
A Secure Outcome is a completed, verified, policy-compliant identity action. A lookup completes when the account details for the systems you picked are displayed. It is read-only: nothing is changed, and no activity-log entry is written for viewing. One completed lookup = one Secure Outcome.
Evidence
- The Account Details page for each system you picked
- An Excel or PDF export, when you choose one
Guardrails
Your Assistant Asks. Avatier Decides.
Verified First
Avatier verifies the person before sensitive changes, with the methods your policy already allows.
Acts as the Signed-In User
OAuth sign-in to your own tenant. No shared service account, no API key to manage.
Never Makes Up Values
The connector only sends what the person actually said, and asks when something is missing.
Pay Per Identity Action™
Pay per Completed Lookup
Pay per completed lookup. Failed attempts are never billed.
| Compared | Manual or Per-Seat IAM | View My Account, Pay Per Identity Action™ |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Every licensed seat, whether it acts or not | Completed lookups only |
| Failed attempts | No line between an attempt and a result | Attempts, failures and retries are never billed |
| The work | Manual intervention or tickets | Each selected system's account status is displayed, and nothing is changed |
| Evidence | Silent failures and missing audit trails | The Account Details page, exportable to Excel or PDF |
Pay Per Identity Action™ is in invitation-only preview. Pricing is shared with qualified organizations.
Works with the Systems a Lookup Reads
View My Account reads every connected system mapped to you that has account info enabled: Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP and connected apps.
- LDAP
- Microsoft
- Active Directory and Entra ID. Entra ID reports display name, user name, last sign-in, last password change and disabled status, but no lockout or expiry.
- Connected Apps
- Apps mapped to you with account info enabled, each showing only the fields it reports.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some fields blank for my cloud account?
The screen shows only what each system reports. For example, Entra ID has no lockout flag.
Can I check whether I'm locked out from Avabot?
Yes, when your tenant runs the current (.NET 10) Avatier server. Ask for your account status and Avabot reports each system.
Is viewing my account logged?
No. No activity-log entry is written when you view it.
What is AI-driven configuration?
Avatier's AI-driven config turns plain-language intent into working policy. Rather than hand-coding rules, connectors, and roles, administrators describe what they need and Avatier recommends and sets up provisioning rules, role mappings, and workflows, then validates them before they go live. It shortens deployment from months to days and keeps configuration consistent, auditable, and free of custom scripting.
What is Pay Per Identity Action™?
Pay Per Identity Action™ is Avatier's pricing mechanic. Customers pay only for completed, verified, policy-compliant identity actions, called Secure Outcomes.
Is it the same as pay-per-action advertising?
No. Pay per action (PPA) is performance-marketing vocabulary for paying when an ad converts. Pay Per Identity Action™ charges for completed identity work.
How do I get started?
Getting started is free, deployment services are included, and a 45-day money-back guarantee applies. Contact Avatier for pricing for your organization.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, stewarded by the Linux Foundation, that lets AI assistants call real systems through connectors instead of custom integrations.
How is it billed?
Pay Per Identity Action™ is in invitation-only preview: each completed, verified action is one Secure Outcome, and attempts, failures and retries are never billed.
